Just a quick note that Incanto restaurant chef Chris Cosentino is a contestant on the Food Network's "The Next Iron Chef" show, which airs Sunday evenings at 9:00 p.m. This is an eight-part series in which one of the contestants will be named, of course, the next IRON CHEF.
